1. الأهلية والقبول
• عضوية أفراح إيليت متاحة للأفراد الذين لا تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً، والذين يستوفون أي معايير أهلية إضافية تحددها أفراح إيليت.
• تحتفظ أفراح إيليت بالحق في قبول أو رفض طلبات العضوية وفقًا لتقديرها المطلق.

2. رسوم العضوية وشروط الدفع وعدم قابلية الاسترداد

9. تسوية النزاعات والقانون المعمول به
• تُحل أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط والأحكام حصرياً من خلال التحكيم في مركز دبي للتحكيم الدولي (DIAC).
• تُطبق قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على هذه الشروط والأحكام وأي مسائل ذات صلة.
